  • 100 per cent support for 80 per cent cuts

    Ed Miliband Green Alliance has welcomed the government's commitment to
    an 80 per cent cut in emissions by 2050. Commenting on the news, Green Alliance director, Stephen Hale said:

    "Ed Miliband's first major decision suggests he gets it. An 80% cut in emissions by 2050 is needed to avert catastrophic climate change. It will drive a revolution in energy policy."
