Cutting Carbon Now is a Green Alliance project advocating immediate action across the UK economy to drastically reduce the UK’s contribution to climate change as the UK emerges from the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. The government must be bold and ambitious as they lead us through the country's recovery. This project is pushing for the UK to build back better by investing in resource efficient and low carbon industries, ensuring a green and just recovery from COVID-19.
We are collaborating with many other climate-focused organisations, to amplify and align messages, and persuade the government that a green recovery is needed and possible now.See our newsletter for latest news.
