Amy has run the Greener UK unit since it was established in September 2016 following the EU referendum. The unit co-ordinates and drives forward the Greener UK coalition’s work, campaigning with partners across the environmental sector to influence the exit negotiations and related law and policy.
Amy joined Green Alliance in 2014 to work on our Low Carbon Energy theme, leading projects on renewables investment, energy efficiency, and public engagement in infrastructure planning.
Previously, Amy worked at Futerra Sustainability Communications, the Royal Geographical Society, and Cambridge University Geography Department, and she held leadership roles with the UK Youth Climate Coalition. She holds a BA in Geography from Cambridge University and two masters degrees from Yale University, in Global Affairs and Environmental Management.
